Photo Friday: Ring Billed Gull

The seagull, another fearless animal I have encountered, and a familiar site to anyone who lives near the water. Why search for food when there are all these humans around dropping french fries. Around here, they have to compete with the mallard ducks, but I don’t think that bothers them much.

When my son was little he used to watch a show called Puffin Rock. The closest thing to villains in the show were the seagulls. Apparently, seagulls and puffins don’t get along. Based on the look on this guy’s face I can see why
